Mrs. Nicole Roder

About Me

Mrs. Roder has been the HS principal of Rock Valley Schools since 2009.  She is a Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn graduate, and attended college at the University of Northern Iowa.  She is married to her husband, Kelly, and they have four sons, Eric, Jackson, Alic, and Preston.   Her passion is focused around students and them reaching their optimum potential as a Rock Valley student.
She became a principal because she loves students and loves learning.  She grew up around educators, and being a leader is a natural job for her.
